Based at The Salisbury Museum and working with artist Sarah Holtby, participants learnt simple but effective pottery techniques and skills on this free 8-week course. Using self-hardening clay, paint and clay modelling tools participants created beautiful objects – from pots to sculptures. There was several opportunities for exploring the museums collections and getting up close and personal with some amazing objects to inspire participants work and ideas. We also discovered more about Salisbury’s history and grew confidence through creativity.
