Testimonials
“This group has been inspirational for me and I feel very safe here. I would like to maintain the friendships I have made here. The experience of challenging myself with the artwork is helping me to question myself outside of here too. I’m feeling more positive and managing stress and anxiety a little better now.”
“It has made me regain my belief and confidence. It has been a sanctuary. Safe, happy and creative space!"
“In terms of supporting challenges with my mental health, the course has given me space to ‘switch off’ from things that have felt overwhelming. It has been really exciting for me to feel inspired to experiment and also see what other people have made.”
“Doing the course has given me time to concentrate on myself rather than worrying about things I can’t control.”
"The course gave me a (safe) reintroduction to socialising and interaction, a weekly routine and something to aim for. It’s allowed me to get creative again for the first time in a long time and it’s encouraged me to look around with another set of eyes."
